The Briggs Cafe

We're a welcoming coffee shop in the heart of Bishopbriggs, serving up handmade culinary delights that have made us a real community favourite. Our menu features everything from hearty breakfast rolls with crispy bacon and Stornoway black pudding to our popular smash burgers and Italian burgers that customers rave about. We take pride in our homemade soups, freshly baked cakes (our lemon and raspberry is to die for!), and pizza al taglio served by the slice. What makes us special is the warm, caring atmosphere we've created. Whether you're popping in for a revitalising lunch, meeting friends over quality coffee, or just fancy a sweet treat, our friendly team will make you feel valued and welcome. We're particularly proud of our understanding approach with elderly customers and those with special needs – we believe everyone deserves a place where they feel at home.
